The MAY-18 Axis series is an intelligent flexible bending center which adopts the pressing arm feeding method. To meet the standard of high-precision machine tools, the machine is designed and produced with three axis and three motors.
The bending center can process various work pieces like mesh, corrugated, hollow as well as different flat or special formed ones. The CNC control can regulate the deflection compensation. Besides, it can elongate the thickness of the bending panel and speed up the process.
More specially, it applies fast release and fast installation type upper press tooling.
The feeding method adopted is pressing arm.
Y axis double lift automatic positioning tools is adopted for positioning.
18 is the standard axis quantity used.
Stainless steel, aluminum panel, cold panel and other metal materials are suitable for usage.
